Step 1
Choose Delivery or Pickup Date
Yes!! We now offer delivery! (Washington State only)
Up to 10 miles from our home - $10 delivery charge
11-20 miles from our home - $20 delivery charge
Call for charges on deliveries beyond 20 miles.
Now back to choosing a Delivery or Pickup Date …
Locate your desired Delivery or Pickup Date on our Availablilty Calendar.
If your desired date says “QWB Open!” you’re good to go!
Step 2
Submit an Order Request Form
Click the Order Request Form link below the Availability Calendar and follow the instructions on the form.
Step 3
Pay Invoice
We process Order Requests after 1 pm Mon, Tues, Wed, and Sat.
When your Order Request Form is received, we will call or text you to discuss your order details. Once the details have been ironed out, you will receive an invoice from Square containing order, payment, and pickup details. When we receive your payment, your order is officially placed … Delivery or Pickup Date and time are locked in and your order is added to our baking schedule! Woohoo!
We can typically complete your order the next business day after receiving your payment.
Please note … For orders placed more than 60 days before pick up or delivery, a $100 non-refundable Hold the Date deposit is required. This deposit is applied to the final payment. 50% of the total invoice is due 60 days before pick up or delivery and the invoice is to be paid in full 30 days before pick up or delivery.
