JerryLees, my favorite item to make, are made with a rich sweet dough that is handshaped and filled with butter and cinnamon sugar (add walnuts and raisins if that’s your fancy). Each JerryLee is glazed hot out of the oven and packaged with white icing. Reheating for a few seconds make them warm-out-of-the-oven soft. Delicious!
Hint: If you heat the JerryLees AND then the icing, and THEN you drizzle the icing, you have warm rolls dripping with warm icing.
